At the Nokomis Regional High School in Newport, Maine, cadets in Army JROTC don't just bark orders at people and they don't do drills...everyday. The JROTC is about learning leadership skills and how to become a leader, because it's not just about telling subordinates what to do. Being a leader means respecting and earning respect by everyone around you.
