Air Force ROTC offers scholarships in all academic majors that are needed to meet Air Force requirements. These requirements can change each year. The ROTC offers programs in many different colleges and universities. They also offer a wide variety of Technical, Non-Technical, and Foreign Language majors.

Roosevelt High School JROTC Roosevelt High School JROT was established in 1935 and is the third school in Hawaii to adopt the Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps program. Leadership training includes marching, map reading, first aid, textbook assignments, and placement in an actual leadership position.

University of Hawaii Manoa ROTC program offers students to pursue commission in the U.S. Air Force. Once commissioned as a Second Lieutenant, graduates of the Air Force ROTC program serve on active duty for a specified period of time. Academic programs available are the Aerospace studies consist of 2,3, and 4 year studies for students.
